We developed the energy group E.ON's new corporate design as early as 2000 together with a partner agency. Since then, we have conceptualised and designed more than 20 company and activity reports for many of the units at E.ON SE.

In every business enterprise, the knowledge of its employees constitutes a valuable asset. If it is not to be lost, it must be passed on. But how can technical staff be motivated to »donate« knowledge?

E.ON has responded to this question with an internal online knowledge platform. For its launch, we developed and designed a multimedia communication campaign: »Donating knowledge – as important as blood« creating a content-related and formal analogy with giving blood. The campaign attracted considerable attention when the knowledge platform was launched and, within the company, successfully communicated the relevance of comprehensive internal knowledge management.
